Solutions - Twinwall + Fan
Twinwall
is utilised where there is no existing flue where the fire is to be situated.
In the example to the left the twinwall starts from the top of the canopy, goes through the ceiling and out of the wall horizontally terminating in an exhausto electric fan.
Twinwall
is double skinned insulated piping that remains practically cool to the
touch even when the fire is in full force.
In
certain flue situations it may be necessary to mechanically create a draw,
for example when the chimney terminates under a roof line, or horizontal
etc. This is done using specialist Exhausto electric fans, these come
with automatic controls which guarantee optimum chimney draw irrespective
of the placing, dimensions or height of the chimney.
