I thought I would take the opportunity to write and thank you, Tristan and his team for their efforts on Thursday of last week. The circumstances of the visit were not the easiest; very cold and wintery weather, delays obtaining security passes and difficulties accessing the upstairs flat. The effect of this was to give them a late finish but throughout the day they remained very good humoured and professional and impressed me and both sets of occupants with their approach to the job.
